Meet the registered dietitian behind Infant Nutrition Academy — and learn why she built a program that goes deeper than anything parents typically receive.
Credentials
I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master's degree in Nutrition Education, and I fell in love with early life stage nutrition during the very first years of my undergraduate program. I worked as a counselor at WIC (Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children), where I saw, first-hand, the need for support with nutrition during infancy, especially with starting solids.
I founded Infant Nutrition Academy because I kept seeing the same gap. Parents were leaving their pediatrician visits with generic handouts and unanswered questions. They were drowning in conflicting information online. And they were making decisions about their baby's nutrition without the clinical support they deserved.
That's not okay — because the first year of life is one of the most nutritionally critical periods in all of human development. The brain is growing at a pace it will never reach again. The gut microbiome is being established. Eating habits and flavor preferences are being formed. What happens in these months matters for decades.
My approach is equal parts clinical rigor and practical warmth. I'll give you the science — the real research, the actual guidelines, the evidence behind the recommendations — and then I'll translate it into something you can actually use at your kitchen table. Because knowing what to do and feeling confident doing it are two very different things, and parents deserve both.
My Philosophy
These are the core beliefs that shape every call, every handout, and every recommendation in Infant Nutrition Academy. Let me do the "behind the scenes" work so you can enjoy quality meal time and embrace your baby's first bites, stress-free.
